I can get appointments online and straight away. I prefer phone calls.

Not a straightforward process as its online forms. They then call to decide whether to see you or not. They saw me a couple of days after and I was referred for an x-ray. I had to moan to get the referral.

Training needed on gender affirmation care

Getting the appointment is not the problem, it's getting the gender affirming care, I find it quite hurtful. Needs to be more training for staff and more resources on gender affirmation.

The GP is good but you need to get through the receptionists. I fill in the form on the internet.

Mostly everything works well. The new triage system is a bit of a pain. The online system works well for me but I'm computer savvy.

Really good when you need to be seen. They will always see me when I call them. They prescribe the inhalers too.
