Everything works well

Mostly everything works well. The new triage system is a bit of a pain. The online system works well for me but I'm computer savvy.

Really good when you need to be seen. They will always see me when I call them. They prescribe the inhalers too.

It's close by. Sometimes it can be difficult to get an appointment but otherwise the staff are fine.
They change every time

Every time they merge they change. The online consultations can be good for common childhood things. You can't do prescriptions online either.

My husband went there a couple of years ago when he had a problem with his hip. The GP was good and referred him which didn't take long.
An excellent GP

I called them at 9AM and they said I would need to go straight to the hospital. An excellent GP.
My concerns were completely dismissed

I met with one of the doctors - I am 20 and have previously miscarried to which she was the doctor who told me. The doctor at the time had told me that ‘maybe it wasn’t my time’ I know I could have reported this back in 2022 but let it go over my head.
Today I went into the surgery as I have been having extreme pain on my left side and since my miscarriage get extremely anxious. I am 20. I know myself this pain wasn’t ‘made up’ but the doctor told me today that she believes I don’t have this physical pain and that she thinks it is all in my head. The surgery overall is nothing like it was , doctors like this dismiss you constantly. She didn’t check me over and I felt like a child being told off. P.S. the receptionist - one of them has the worst attitude I’ve ever came across.
