They're okay

July 9, 2024
I try not to use them as often but they are okay when I have. I don't bother with them that much.

They will do home visits

July 9, 2024
Much better if you go to the surgery but my husband is bed bound. The nurses came out to do covid vaccines and they come out if we need a home visit.

I waited 18 months for a referral thinking I would go to City but instead I was referred to Edgbaston treatment centre. It was good.

They don't answer the phones

June 4, 2024
I have a head injury that caused me to have mental health problems and I am unfit for any job. When I go to the GP for unfit to work notes they say call them back but there isn't any answer when I do.

Impossible to get an appointment!!

May 8, 2024
The doctors, nurses and support staff are great, but I can't get an appointment! I phone up, wait for ages getting nowhere, then press 1 so they call me back, 2 hours later I explain my problem and they tell me to go to the walk in centre! The last time I went to the walk in centre the doctor who saw me said see your doctor!! Tell me, HOW??

Challenging getting appointments

April 3, 2024
I have been with them for 4 years. It's a challenge getting an appointment. You don't see the same GP. I prefer to see the same person. You have to call at 8AM and just have to hold for almost an hour. There are less doctors and nurses.

Brilliant staff

April 3, 2024
The doctors are good. The services are good and the staff are brilliant. The only problem is getting appointments as it can be so difficult. You have to wait and wait. The doctors are informative. Good communication. You have to call by 8AM and wait on hold until whenever.

They have been amazing and supportive to me with my miscarriages. They even sorted me bereavement support. There can be a wait for appointments but once you get in they are lovely.

I tried talking to my GP about my mental health and they said to leave it with the mental health service and have not been helpful.
