Difficult getting a prescription sent

The hardest part is getting a prescriptions from them to the pharmacy inside. They don't always put them through and I have to go back and forth. It was easier when I could just call the pharmacy.

Check up calls are really good.

They do home visits more so now. I don't think they would have if I hadn't have got any worse. One doctor phones me to check up too which is really good.

Told me to use the NHS app

I was looking for an appointment for a long time but they said I have to go on the NHS app. I didn't know there was a message on the app. When I asked the GP, they said I should be checking my emails so it was my fault. I will have to try to book again. I needed my depression medication as I still need it and it will run out soon. I'm waiting with my son today as they think he may have autism.

Told me to go online

I call for an appointment and they tell me to go online. She tells me to go to the neighbours house or a family member to help me go online. When I went to the surgery the man was very nice and made an appointment for me. It's hard to get them to understand me and me understand them.

Turned away

You're turned away if you can't speak English. You call in the morning and then again in the afternoon and they say to go online which I cannot do. If you don't speak English like me you don't get help.

Never have any appointments

When I call them they never have appointments. Last time I ended up going into them physically when I had a sore throat and they told me to stop talking which I can't so it's no good.

A good, helpful GP

A good GP. They help you quickly get an appointment. I was seen within 1 hour of calling them. The staff are really nice and I really get the help I need from them.

Good doctors.

Good. It doesn't take too long to get an appointment. The doctors are good. They request medication for me too which is helpful.

A slow service

The service was slow and when I called them they said they would treat us through a phone call and not be seen in person.
