Impossible to get an appointment

Almost impossible to make an appointment to get response from a GP. The cost incurred by long waits in a Telephone queue has a huge impact on my Pension and the frustration of listening to repeated messages regarding Covid is frustrating and stressful.
Appointment system is ridiculous

My experience with this health Centre is that the appointment system is ridiculous and it does not work at all. First of all you have to constantly dial for an hour before you can get through and when you get through they say that there are no more appointment left, this is very frustrating.
The gp service is really good

The gp service is really good as they try their best to make sure we get seen by the doctors.

Quite a slow service in comparison to other gp services, very poor communication. No feedback on results unless patient chases results.
Service has been terrible

I am talking on behalf of myself and family, there service has been terrible during this pandemic, no appointment sending people far and wide for check ups and the way they speak to you also. If the nhs can continue and they have why couldn't the gp carry on as normal.
You can’t get the services

At the moment it’s really bad you can’t get the services we had before and many others I’ve spoken to have the same issue. Attitude off people I speak to are awful and makes me not want to ring.
Dreadful practice

Awful practice, never able to get through on phone, all GP callbacks gone by 9 am, confusing message on phone, rude and unhelpful staff. When you get through to someone they don’t do what they say. For example I have been trying since August 2020 to get a memory assessment for my 91 year old mother with no success. Dreadful.

My father has been trying to make an appointment to see a doctor for over 2 weeks now. Every time he phones the line is constantly engaged. He is 89 and is not computer literate so cannot log on and make an appointment. He is suffering and does not complain, so hence I am trying to find a way for him to see someone. It's absolutely appalling the service at this surgery. He also has trouble with his repeat prescriptions. Constantly, they don't send them to the pharmacy and you having to chase them.
Utterly horrific

Can never get through to make an appointment. This community is being failed at the first hurdle due to the shambles that is the modality partnership. How am I supposed to be treated if I can never get an appointment due to to busy phone lines? By the time I am connected the appointments have all been taken for the day and I have to call back the following day only for the cycle to repeat.
