They're good, but can't see a doctor.

They're good, but can't see a doctor face to face. You describe symptoms and they'll prescribe medication for it. You can see a nurse face to face for blood pressure checks but to see a doctor is near impossible. Referred onto hospital for stomach issues but didn't see me just prescribed meds twice and the issue still persisted so they referred me onto QE within 2 months.

Mixed up appointments

GP mixed up as I saw a midwife at the hospital before seeing them when I found out I was first pregnant. Receptionists are rude and get mixed up. They referred me onto triage because my initial appointment was mixed up. Ended up seeing the GP after my first scan at the hospital, no explanation why things were mixed up in the first place.
It’s easy to get an appointment

I don’t mind talking on the phone. Spoke to them about joint and hip and then they told me to come in. In general it’s easy to get an appointment over the phone and they will see me if need be. Ring at 8:15 and can get through.

Quite good, one thing I have noticed is they see people over the phone. They need to see people face to face. I insisted that they see my child face to face. Told me to go to chemist for medication which did not work. Once they saw her they knew it was an infection and gave her antibiotic cream.
TERRIBLE

Can be on hold for up to 1.5 hours. Never any appointments. If its for a child I have to argue that out. Terrible performance.

Haven’t been able to get an appointment for over 12 months. I had a mental breakdown a few months ago and not been good for some time.
Don’t answer phones

Don’t answer phones. Can’t get appointments. I have issues with shoulder and arm/hand. They said they’d refer me to hospital but I have not heard from them, It’s taking a long time.
It slows things down

Don’t accept home read blood pressure reading and mom can’t get an appointment or her medication without an ap to date blood pressure reading. It don’t make sense it slows things down.
Takes weeks to get appointments - Frustrating

Not happy with them, you cannot even find an appointment. You phone from 8am and when you get through, there's no appointments, I can't see the same doctor and there's no continuity of care. I can't book an appointment in advance and it would be helpful if I could as it can take weeks to get appointments. It's frustrating.
