Not good and not attentive
December 2, 2022
Not good and not attentive. You have to call 100 times to get through. Put phone down when you call and can go in and they’ll be standing at reception and talking. Do prioritize kids but hard to get through.
GP is supportive

GP is supportive, they were great in getting us referred to the hospital. Can call them and get the help I need.
It's fine

Hard getting through on the phone and hard getting an appointment. They take ages. Can be 7th in the queue for ages. When I do need an appointment for my daughter they say go to A&E or call the next day. Don't prioritise children.
Takes time to see the doctor

Takes a lot of time to see the doctor, went a few month, ago for blood pressure, couldn't do it because of shaking, put me on extra tablets, another test in October.

Prioritise children
September 14, 2022
They're quite good, they do prioritise children and offer appointments. I wish the phone lines were clearer, but they're good.
Can get face to face appointments
September 14, 2022
They're alright, we like them. We're able to get appointments. I can ring up and get a face to face appointment straight away.
Good

They're okay, they're good if you phone at the correct time. They have a new system where you get put into a waiting system until they answer. They will offer either a phone call first then face to face.
Very good GP

Full support provided during Covid and after that. Very good GP.
Shocking
July 28, 2022
They're shocking. Can't even ring and book an appointment. It opens at 8:15 and when I ring they can only fit 10 people in the queue so the phone cuts off. You can't get an appointment. They don't see you face to face and you have to send photos.
