They are quite accessible. I can get appointments when needed.
Long queues on the phones

Very difficult to see my GP. Long waits in the phone queue to get an appointment every time I call.
Very rude reception staff

Very rude reception staff. Always reluctant to give you an appointment. The GPs are good if you are lucky enough to see one.
Referred within 2 weeks.

My GP made a referral. I wasn't given an option of what hospital it was just sent to the nearest but it was within the two week urgent referral process.
Attentive and helpful staff

Really good. Very attentive. They are thorough by talking about issues in depth. Very friendly and helpful.
Reception are always in a rush

They are not good at picking the phones up. the reception staff are always in a rush. The doctors are good.
My sister couldn't get an MRI

There wasn't a follow up from the doctor or the hospital after being referred from her GP. She hasn't received any extra services or help after that MRI appointment.
I can see my own GP face to face

They're good, very good. I can call them and see my own GP. They will offer me face to face or telephone appointments. They're really good.
Referred for further treatment on time.
