My sister couldn't get an MRI

There wasn't a follow up from the doctor or the hospital after being referred from her GP. She hasn't received any extra services or help after that MRI appointment.
I can see my own GP face to face

They're good, very good. I can call them and see my own GP. They will offer me face to face or telephone appointments. They're really good.
Referred for further treatment on time.

I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer on time and referred to the QE by my GP.
Easy to get an appointment for children.

They're fine. Easy to get an appointment for the kids but for me it's a bit harder. They prioritise children and elderly. It takes a long time on the phone to make an appointment.

They have always been great. The doctors and nurses are very good. Reception staff needs some people handling training.

GP's understanding of mental health and Neuro-diversity is appalling. Patients don't feel in safe hands - Please consider mental health!!
