I have been waiting for my knee and shoulder appointments. My knee is taking longer so I can't go running which I love to do. It would be lovely to get seen quickly.

Today has been really nice and helpful. I saw one of the physiotherapists for my shoulder pain and they have given me some exercises to do. The community day has been really helpful.
The staff were perfect

I attended the community day as I have problems with my hips and been on the waiting list for a couple of years now. It was useful but they don't have your records so it can compromise the services. The staff have been perfect though.

It has been fine. I was called about an appointment in September about the community day. I received loads more information than I thought. It's not a replacement for waiting lists but it is helpful in the meantime.

I attended the Selly Oak hub for x-rays and they were really good, helpful and polite staff. It was a very nice and quick service.

Told them at the community day I was in real pain and that I had done all the exercises before and they didn't help me. I don't think there is much more that they can do to help so I will wait for the x-ray.

It was okay but I never get long term relief from it. They send you away with elastic ribbons but don't think there is much that can be done really.
