Night staff are unhelpful.

Both of my knees were replaced here. My experience as an inpatient is not very good. The night staff are very rude and unhelpful.

Poor instructions on using parking machine.

Poor instructions about how to use the parking ticket machine. I wanted to pay by card and got stuck because the card reader wasn't working.

Consultant explained all the issues in detail

My mom is having her hip replacement operation today. We had a good meeting with her consultant and he explained all the issues with us in detail. We were provided with a drink and a comfortable place to sit while we waited for the consultant.

Limited provision for taxi's

Limited provision for taxi's. I used the hospital phone to book a taxi but I was waiting for 1 hour for them to come. They should use better taxi providers.

Explained everything and engaged with us.

I was referred by my GP because they wanted to know that I am fit enough for the hip operation. The assessment was carried out by an excellent doctor. He explained everything and engaged very well with us.
