I have received great treatment over here. I was referred from Northern Ireland for specialist treatment. I will give them 5 stars.

It's all outstanding

My appointment today went really well. I went to the main outpatients. All has been excellent. I can't fault any of the staff. All information on appointments are sent on time and I get reminders by text and letter. I can't fault any aspect of the service. It's all outstanding.

Can't fault the service at all

I have had contact with 3 consultants here. I am waiting for a hip replacement and knee operation. They are always accessible. I can call my consultant and they always respond. All is brilliant. I can't fault the service at all.

There should be more disabled parking

If there is no porter then it would be nice to have an electric operated wheelchair because of the long corridor to x-ray. The hospital is good but my appointment was at 11:30am but they said I needed to have an x-ray which wasn't in my letter I received. I ended up waiting 30 minutes. There should be more free parking for disabled people if I have to bring myself.

Brilliant. I can't fault them at all. They listen and let you ask questions and they answer them. The stay was good. Clean ward. Very attentive nurses. Everyone was brilliant. I give them 5 stars.

The wait is very long.

The hospital is alright but the wait is very long. I've been waiting so long my blood sugars have gone very low.

Wonderful staff that listen to you.

The parking is always difficult. I can't work the machine as it is not easy. The staff however are always excellent. I have never seen it so busy but the staff are wonderful. They are caring and they listen.

I still don't know what my condition is.

Parking is ridiculous. The amount of time it's taken to be seen. I was referred in April from my GP and was only seen months after that. I had an MRI scan booked in and waited 6 more weeks after that for my appointment today. When you get to see them they are great. No information has been given to me about my condition to see if I am doing more damage. Nothing has been said. I had to wait 6 weeks to discuss the results. They could have phoned up and said what to do in the meantime to manage whatever condition I have.
