Very kind staff

I dislocated my shoulder and was referred to the Royal pain and shoulder clinic. The staff there were very kind and helpful and they provided excellent support.

I am seen at the Royal for arthritis in my knees. I have come to see the consultant today. It's my first appointment in 12 months. They are very helpful and informative which is very rare these days. I see the consultant in person too.

The Macmillan nurses came out to me every day. They were wonderful.

Excellent. They knew if I couldn't do something they wouldn't push me. They did make me get out of bed and move. They ordered equipment for for my home too.
Excellent stay on ward 4

I had an excellent stay on ward 4. Everybody was good. The only thing was I wanted a shower and would only bring a bowl to wash with for the first 8 days. I never moved for 8 days. The food was good and they would often make me what I could eat like toast and tea. They were very accommodating.

I have been here about four times and spent 3 weeks here in March. Today I am here for a check up. They have been really good. Really helpful and listen well.
