They are so patient with me.

I love it. The staff have listened to me and been patient with me. They have made me feel safe. They asked me how I wanted to go into the MRI. The volunteers are really nice too. The cancer nurse is very nice, I trust the staff. they care about me. They ask if I need anything. I explain I have autism and they are patient with me and my wheelchair. They let me take my time.

Follow up didn't take long.

The appointment hasn't taken too long to get a follow up. Someone always comes with mom and makes sure everything is explained properly.

Great. Well looked after when I had a knee replacement. Staff are really nice, kind and caring. I have never had a bad experience.

Can't fault the hospital

My appointment was slightly delayed as the surgeon was in theatre but that can't be helped if there is an emergency. When we came last we were seen early. Came for a check up on a wound. Cannot fault the hospital.

I regularly go to the Arthritis clinic. They have helped me a lot and my condition has improved.

Worst experience ever- spinal dept awful

This hospital is a joke, consultants lie to your face, tell you, you will be seen with 4-6 weeks when results are back, I've got an email to confirm my results have been back since the end of October, keep calling been informed it may not be till August/Sept till I get seen, it's a complete joke!! Nearly a year after the tests.
They leave you in the worse circumstances, there is no care and certainly no compassion from this trust, just awful. I'd stay clear. This relates to the spinal service consultants.

10/10 they are faultless. The staff, treatment, communication. Everything works well. Inpatient stay and facilities are brilliant. I have been back for hydrotherapy sessions. Prior to surgery I used to come in for hydrochloric injections. I was referred from Warwick to the Royal Orthopaedic and it was done very quickly. Today my appointment is for me to be signed off.

The care here is good.

Every time I have called the hospital I have been able to get an appointment with short notice. They fit me in as and when they can. I have had fantastic treatment here. I have been to outpatients and I had an operation which went well and received good information. Overall I am very happy with the hospital. The care is good.

My appointment was at 11:40am and I have been waiting 40 minutes so far but they did let me know there was a delay in the clinic. It's my first time back in a couple of years. They have been really good with communication about appointments and the operations I had here a couple of years ago. They are wonderful.
