The response I had from the life monitoring service and your own ambulance service was fantastic ,taking me to Hospital for general repairs and advice. Thank you all so much.
Good Service
September 29, 2020
I had suddenly been struck by severe dizziness (akin to being on fairground ride) which rendered me unable to get up off the floor and caused me to vomit profusely every time I tried to stand. My daughter called for an ambulance to attend me. I was taken to the hospital after some time.

I contacted 999 and the person I spoke to was very helpful, supportive, and provided full information. Very good service.
Spending lots of my life waiting
March 1, 2019
Waited 4 hours for ambulance to A&E. It's not good for an 80 year old who suffers with disabilities. I'm spending lots of my life waiting around in hospitals or waiting for ambulances
Paramedics were amazing
July 26, 2018
My daughter recently had to call 111 due to being in the middle of a sustained asthma attack. The health advisor was brilliant, she put me onto a paramedic who advised me he was sending an ambulance. The hospital, paramedics and all NHS staff were amazing.
Helped keep me calm
March 7, 2018
Paramedic and student paramedic were very nice and helped keep me calm. They tried to make jokes and make me smile whilst transferring me to hospital after a violent unprovoked assault. Obviously had great people skills.

A vulnerable person had fainted in the street, it took 19.5 minutes to dispatch an ambulance due to irrelevant questions asked by ambo helpdesk
