Needs more clear signposting for toilets (its hiding under a banner), Patients calling voices should be loud and clear.

They are very good and I am very happy, although I waited for over 45 mins.

I have now had around 7 appointments at the hospital and I cannot fault the treatment I've been given. The staff are very friendly and professional. The only negative comment I have is that the last time I had an appointment I rang 10 times to check on my appointment time before I was finally put through to someone who gave me the information (constantly transferred and cut off and told no staff available to answer phones or phones not working).
