5 hrs wasted in A& E

On Sunday of march we visited A&E to be told come back tomorrow for a scan, the following morning I was informed that scan on Thursday not Monday, I feel like I wasted 5hrs in A&E. Plus they than transfer me to Good Hope Hospital.

doctors and nurses don't care about patients

doctors and nurses don't care about patients anymore like they used to before. Some doctors and nurses need to be more polite and bother about patients.

Good Staff and service provision

NHS Staff were informative but due to the cuts etc. They are overwhelmed, therefore, can't provide the best quality of care. The NHS staff doctors and nurses do try their best to provide good healthcare, however due to cuts they are understaffed and overworked which in turn effects their ability to provide good health care.
Also due to this the waiting time is very long which can discourage people to even go to the hospital and even if they do, the waiting time is 5 hours plus.

Very poor service

Hospital has very poor quality with their services. They leave you waiting for hours. They could tell you nothing is wrong with you, but there is. Their hygiene is poor. The food stinks, comes cold and is disgusting. Also the staff are very rude.
I would also like to say that I disagree with the NHS because young people as myself, who do not work or are unemployed, are made to pay for their own medication. We have no income and can't get a job, yet we have to have life treatment (such as for asthma and eczema). I don't agree with this personally. Also some parents don't work and won't be able to afford this.

Rubbish service

Hospital is the worst hospital around. You wait around for hours to get seen, the staff are rude and unfriendly. The cleanliness of the hospital isn't 5 star it's an eye sore. The food they supply you with is disgusting I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. It's cold and tastes like baby food.

Experience hasn't been acceptable

Hospital is the worse hospital in Birmingham. The staff are absolutely rude they think they can speak to you disrespectfully. You are waiting to be seen for hours, their service is terrible! Their wards and bay are disgusting, their hygiene is poor. The food comes cold and stinks, they warm the food up, doesn't come fresh. I feel like you get neglected and not treated fair. They tell you there's nothing wrong with you and you nearly dying the next morning. When patients are held overnight they make family members sleep on the floor. THEY LEAVE YOU UNTIL YOU NEED EMERGENCY TREATMENT!

When I had cancer, they explained all my care and treatment. They gave me a carer to help explain. The treatment was very caring and understanding.

Issue was not taken seriously to begin with so had a long, uncomfortable wait but once I was seen, everything was rushed through and the service was great!

Services are really understaffed

Overall the staff are really capable and are clearly doing their job however they are so short staffed it has an impact on patients. When I was on the maternity ward there was only one midwife between three women giving birth.
