Incorrect information - wasted trip

I had written confirmation of an appointment, with the location clearly stated as being at the surgery. When I arrived I was told (after queuing to check in because the self check in was out of order) that it was a telephone appointment and that I should not have come to the surgery. No explanation or apology offered for what was a waste of my morning.

The GP does his job very well, he is great. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Even though they are very busy, they always make time for me. I have never had to wait too long or haven't got in.

My appointment was changed without me being notified. Medication not released and having to wait an unacceptable time to see a GP.

I was with this GP for 2 years whilst at university. I fell ill with pneumonia and ended up hospitalised due to the negligence of the GPs. I had multiple appointments where my symptoms were dismissed as a bad cold or viral infection and I was frequently denied antibiotics. I couldn’t walk, eat or breathe properly. I ended up with double pneumonia in hospital and the staff were shocked I had gone so long without help. The GPs were unsympathetic and continuously dismissed me. It was a horrible experience across many appointments.

I arrived for my appointment, only to be told it was cancelled and they hadn’t bothered to tell me.

Satisfied with the staff

I'm quite happy with them so far. Anytime I have an issue I can get an appointment. I don't come here often and I book online which is good for me. I'm satisfied with the GPs, they listen and I don't care if I see different ones. They are referring me.
Staff are good, appointments are difficult

I find getting an appointment difficult. This is my second time here. The staff are good and receptionists. GP is also good. I don't have any problems with the staff just an issue getting in.

It is hard to get an appointment, you call first thing and online is also challenging to answer the questions they ask appropriately. The staff are helpful and doctors too.

I'm satisfied with them so far, it isn't too far from my house. So it's easy to access. Not as easy to get an appointment though. Before you could call, but now it is online and not everyone can do it online or has internet. The staff are good, good communication, I'm quite satisfied.
