Excellent service

Our first visit to the hospital and found all the staff, from the porter who returned a borrowed wheelchair in the rain to the unknown person who took us to the lift so we could access Millers restaurant, were polite, kind and thoughtful. Appointment and waiting times no problem. Only negative is signposting, especially from the car park to the main hospital entrance!

Diagnosed with a large kidney stone. every member of staff from A&E to everyone I met was caring and efficient.
