They are really not good

They're not good. I've been waiting 6 months for an appointment at the hospital. It takes ages to get through and get appointments. It's really hard. They are really not good.
Don't think they're treating me properly

It does take a while to get through sometimes and because of the many doctors, you don't see the same one all of the time. I've had a long term issue which I don't feel they are treating me properly for.
Phone is rarely answered. App doesn't work

Recently suffered a heart attack and need to able to access healthcare quickly. Downloaded the app to avoid the stress of phoning at 8am. No appointments available through the app. I tried to send them a message through the app but the practice has disabled messages.
I'm quite tech savvy and believe that they deliberately making it difficult for patients to contact them. No email address supplied for practice manager.

Delay with appointments

Delay with appointments. Clean and quite however don’t allow patients to come in regularly. Good communication and interaction.
Hard to get appointments

Hard to get appointments sometimes, which puts everyone's health at risk. But when I do get through, they are really good. To speak to them just takes a while.
Need more staff

It's really difficult to get an appointment. Trying to get a repeat prescription is also difficult even though the pharmacy is on site. The communication is not good. You call up and the queues on the phone are too long, they need more staff. They are however good when you get through.
Is it customary patients wait an hour

Is it customary for patients to wait on the phone in a queue over one hour, the Gp phone number isn’t a free phone. I’ve now been waiting over an hour it starts at bein in the queue over 30 & over an hour later I’m at position no28, how is this legally possible to run up my phone bill because I need my medication sorting out.

I went for appointment for my twin daughters and interpreter was not booked and I needed interpreter for myself because as a father I want to know what’s going on.

I went for diabeties and heart review and booked interpreter 2 weeks before going for an appointment but when I reached for appointment there was no interpreter. This has happened 3 times.
Absolutely Rubbish

I have been a patient at this surgery over 20+yrs & in the last 10yrs standards are down the toilet. Today for example, I rang for a Gp call back at 8:20am & my call wasn’t answered for 40mins, THEN I was told there’s no more appointments & I’m to call back after 3 o’clock, I’m now on the phone 1hr 25mins, this is NOT normal OR acceptable. I’ve been soo loyal to the surgery but it’s wearing thin.
