Can’t queue up

Can’t queue up. You have to phone them to make an appointment, then they call back. It takes long to get through to the GP. Give 3 calls to make sure.

They have introduced appointment by phone only, It starts @ 8:00 am. I have rang @ 08:00 on 3 consecutive days, I get placed in Queue, they ring back to say all appointments have gone. No idea how many appointments they actually have as you cannot ring any earlier and all appointments are gone even when you are placed in queue @ 08:00. Why cant they give appointments for following day.

I have to go all the way here to get a blood test. It's such a hassle and so far away. Needs to be something quicker.

Not been great. Told to ring at 8am in the morning and its taken months for a blood test. They use the telephone system as an excuse.

Very difficult to get an appointment, trying to get an appointment since 2 weeks, with no luck.

Really good. They have helped me a lot over the past few months. There is some difficulty getting through on the phones. Sometimes I would rather go to the surgery and wait for an appointment, but you can’t do this. But they are good.

It's okay, I can get appointments but it can take a long time for my children and myself.

I have stood in a queue at half seven to be told at 8 there’s no gp on site. It’s demeaning. If I call by telephone there aren’t any appointments. I work so I can’t stand in line. No leeway for those that work and have family.
I cannot get an appointment at all.

Even if I call at 8am, by the time the call is answered after an hour or more, there are never any appointments left. There are no online appointments and the econsult form is no longer available.
