They are doing their best

They're good there. You can sometimes waits on the phone but usually you get to see them. I've had a couple of covid jabs there. The nurses and reception staff are lovely. They are doing their best.
Told I could have the jab

I went for a booked appointment to have a covid jab. When I got there I was told I couldn't have it done as I wasn't part of the practice.
Excellent GPs but reception staff are rude

Difficulty in booking appointment. Supposed regular check due to medication am on not completed - been 2 years now. Request for prescription ignored. Uninterested in health deterioration.
They good during covid

During covid they were good with the jabs and telephone appointments.
Waiting times are long

Nice, friendly staff but the waiting times when you are in to see a doctor is not perfect. You have to wait at least 40 minutes extra.
A very good and improved service.

Very good services, not bad at all. Personally I cannot complain because a lot has improved. I am a kidney transplant patient and I mostly go to the QE.
I use the NHS app for my test results

I can check test results and get repeat medications easily using the NHS app
I should be able to see them

It is difficult to phone at 8:00am and they say it's full, it is closed. My blood pressure is sky high. they know my medical background and complex medical condition so I should be able to see them.
