Taken a while to be seen
May 12, 2023
Had to wait 3 years to have a tooth out because of covid. They weren't getting back to me. I phoned them and they said they wouldn't see me that year. I have an upcoming check up and that has taken a while. I know they're catching up with covid but I needed to see someone.

Good and understanding

I had my braces put on here. They were really good. There was good communication. I was meant to have my braces taken off the day I had my baby and they rang me to see why I did not attend. They were really good and really understanding.
Brilliant

Went for specialist photos of my moles. I was referred to them by my GP practice and got an appointment. I thought they had sent me to the wrong place but they were brilliant.
Good waiting times

The waiting time was good, didn't take a long time to get an appointment. But they're customer service skills could do with working on. The receptionists were sat having conversations with each other whilst there were long queues of people waiting to check in. The person who dealt with my tooth was good.
I am happy

Dentist really good. free dental treatment. I could never afford dental treatment, it’s good. they get in touch with me and I go once a year but they didn’t see me for 2 years because I was vulnerable.

Easy to use

Pretty easy, from check in to being seen. Daughter has had to be put under sedation for extraction.
My treatment has been dreadful
December 14, 2022
8 years I’ve been coming here, referred initially from dentist. Had an illness that affected my jaw. So originally come for specialist treatment, had a program done by specialist that students were meant to follow. Clinician in charge of program would change at each visit and resulted in unnecessary extraction which lead to swelling of my upper jaw. When my mouth was healed they said they couldn’t do bridge worst after all. My other teeth had got worse. My treatment has been dreadful, lack of continuity and consistency has been dreadful.
