It was alright. An unexpected operation but it was alright. It was as good as it can be. Toilets were a bit dirty though.
NHS is in a mess.

I had a video call for an Autism assessment and they said that my son needed bloods doing before they could do anything. The said there was a 2 year waiting list on the NHS for an assessment. I ended up going private and paying £3k for the assessment. The NHS is in a mess.
They did MRI's, CT scans the lot.

They did a full MRI scan and CT scan, the lot for my son. Had to give him morphine and ended up being in hospital for a week on the children's ward, PAU ward 415. It was good here and they discharged him after a week as he wasn't coping well.
Brilliant

It was alright. My son used to see the opticians there and they were alright. I have gone there for appointments too and they were brilliant.

Absolutely shocking experience, told nurses multiple times that I'd got sepsis but was told I don't know what I'm talking about ended up in a coma for 31days due to this.
Standard could be better

The care has been a bit better at Heartlands but still not the standard it should be.

I was admitted after having low iron and vitamin levels. They were very good. A good service. The food options were not good at all.
