Great care during knee replacement

I had a knee replacement at Solihull Hospital. The surgeon was great and treatment was very good. The general care on the ward was good and the food was great.
Long wait for ultrasound appointment

I was referred to Solihull Hospital for an ultrasound appointment and I have been waiting a long time for the appointment to come through. I am not happy with how long I have been waiting.
Good Angina Clinic

I have appointments at the angina clinic at Solihull Hospital every 6 months. They are very good, they communicate well and I am happy with the service and care they provide.
Long wait for appointment but good care

My child was referred to the ophthalmology department and waited a long time for the initial appointment. Once seen the service was very good and I was happy with the care they received.
Still waiting months later

Waiting for laser treatment. I was told a two week wait and its been months. I have chased it and was told there is noting that can be done to speed it up. My sight is deteriorating because of it.
No delays

A very good experience

A very good experience. A nice hospital to visit and the parking is good. It's not far to walk to the department. The staff are friendly, nice midwives, helpful, thorough. I'm seen in good time and don't wait long for my appointments.
Physio didn't help

I was sent for physio and it didn't help. My shoulder was too bad so it turned out it would have never have worked anyway.
They were brilliant

I have no complaints. They were brilliant looking after me when I had stage 2 bowel cancer. I went here for surgery. They were brilliant. When I was diagnosed, I was terrified but they took good care of me. The consultant was great and had a very good bedside manner.
