Absolutely brilliant

Wonderful, absolutely brilliant. They wrote a letter to the GP they're sending an appointment out for my husband to get his knees looked at. They said it would take a few days.

Aftercare has been good

I had eye surgery and they said it would heal in time. I went in a couple of months ago and ended up staying the whole day. The aftercare has been good and they have given me eyedrops and an appointment for next week.

Brilliant at the urgent treatment centre

I have been to the UTC here a few times and they were brilliant, no doubt about it. All of them. Okay you have to wait a while but I just walked in and was seen, in and out within an hour. I was treated and given painkillers. Very happy with them.

A quick appointment

I went to the Women's department and it was a quick appointment. All the staff were very good and I felt listened to. Everything was explained well.

Not good

The staff are not good. The cleaning is not good enough and the maintenance. I waited there for 4 hours.

Demeaning and awkward

I went to the outpatients ultrasound for fatty liver disease testing. They just got on with it. I felt a bit awkward and found it a bit demeaning. Like with most services I visit there is a lot of stigma because I'm transgender. It is indirect but I sense it really strongly.
