They're okay. I went in with a problem with my shoulder and they referred me onto the Royal quickly. They give good appointments and I see different doctors but as long as I see someone that's okay.

I don't feel comfortable there. They just tell you to follow what is on the NHS website which is unhelpful. It makes you lose trust in them.

The way things are going I will give them 3 stars. It's very challenging to get an appointment.

They are amazing and absolutely great.

They're really good with myself and daughter who both have long term conditions. I wouldn't want to change to anyone else. They know us there and our history. It works for us.

They are fine for me. If I am there and waiting a long time I will go to reception to check and they will let me know the doctors over running and they will be with me as soon as they can.

It's a good surgery, I have no issues with them. They try and give me appointments and the staff are courteous.

Excellent GP. The only issue is you need to ring at 8AM and you can get the appointment the same day then.

Getting in touch with them is difficult. Communication is bad. When I do make contact with them they're excellent.

Before covid they were great. Now when I need a repeat prescription I call and wait one hour, I give up and hang up in the end. I have to go there to fix it. The staff are all good. I prefer face to face appointments but now it's not possible. The receptionists encourage you to go to A&E as there are no appointments but they shouldn't encourage that.
